I have now used my Garmin 305 for several training runs and a half marathon. This product works great! The HRM is works as well as any other I have owned. Although, it would be nice if the HRM strap was compatible with the treadmill’s at the gym… The GPS has been flawless for me so far. I have had no issues with signal loss even while running on trails that have a lot of tree cover. I usually set my screen up to show, avg pace, heart rate, time and distance. This data has helped me to get the most out of my runs. I love the autolap feature. This feature creates a lap for a preset distance. I have mine set for 1 mile so that I can see how my mile times are throughout the run.

The software that comes with the unit is just ok, but I think that is because Garmin is investing their time in the Garmin Connect website. I use the Garmin Connect website exclusively now. It has more features, better mapping, elevation correction, etc.

Keeping this up on the dashboard where I can clearly see the traffic at the same time as I see the GPS system is a life saver! I’ts always at a comfortable eye level and I don’t have to ignore the traffic to look down at it. It’s so adjustable and moveable that I wouldn’t ever want to use any other kind. If the hot sun glares in on the dashboard you can turn it in less than a second and have a better view of it. For the sake of safety ..,get it, you’ll LOVE IT!

Summer vacation June 6, 2004, the day after President Reagan passed away. Rolling thru Abilene Kansas I made a quick diversion at the Eisenhower Museum which ended up taking up the entire day. Fascinating exhibits, first I went to the gift shop where the clerk recommended this autobiographical book. Born 10/14/90, he tells of early life in Abilene, West Point, WWI, the 1919 transcontinental convoy, refining the tank corps with Patton and how they defied death twice, Panama, Pershing, MacArthur, London, D-day, Berlin with many entertaining anecdotes. Next at the Visitors Center view the 25 minute film. Next tour the Eisenhower Family Home. Next go to the Museum, it takes about 1 or 2 hrs and the D-Day exhibit is unforgettable as you emerge from a Landing Craft ramp on to the Normandy Beach Panorama. Next proceed to the Library, there is an exhibit area on the 2nd flr. Next go to the Place of Meditation which is final resting place, 34th President, wife Mamie, and first-born son. On Feb 6, 1968 77 yr old Eisenhower hit a hole in one while playing at the Seven Lakes Country Club in Palm Springs. On the par 3 104 yd, 13th hole using a 9 iron. Of the presidents, Dwight D. Eisenhower probably ranks as one of the best all-around athletes. At Abilene High School Dwight Eisenhower played center field and in his senior year the team lost only one game to the KU freshmen. On the football team Eisenhower played right end. At West Point the 5ft 11in, 180lbs Eisenhower was halfback / linebacker. Sports writers in the fall of 1912 referred to him as the “Kansas Cyclone.” The most memorable game was with Carlisle led by Olympic hero and All-American Jim Thorpe. Eisenhower and teammate Charles Benedict succeeded in stopping a Thorpe-led drive by using a double-tackle on the legendary halfback. I started running again recently and just jumped in a bought the watch. Amazon had a sale on the watch I couldn’t pass up. I had been looking for watches and had my eye on this one for a while. I bought the watch because I got it for a good price. At the time there were others I liked more, but since I’ve been using this watch I have fallen in love with it.
Acquiring satellites goes much quicker if you stand still. I set it on the ground while I stretch and it is ready to go way quicker than if I wear it while stretching. I love the features, love the big display and the control you have over what you want to have displayed. You can choose all the display features to show for three screens.
Thought it would be to big and bulky, but really not a problem.
Great watch, my wife takes it for her runs now too and really likes it.
Have had it for 2 months and use it 4 times a week.
Still haven’t used the software though so I can’t comment the functions and use of that. I just haven’t gotten around to it, but plan to.

I love my new Ipod Touch. It has great features like Internet access, apps, and 32 GB of storage space! I can load my favorite songs and television shows right from Itunes. The battery life is excellent. I am so please with this purchase.

We only fed our son rice cereal for about 2 weeks – he vastly prefers the taste of oats. This cereal mixes instantly, and combines well with other foods. The addition of DHA and probiotic supplements is an important factor in our decision to buy this product.

It was a little disconcerting to open the cannister for the first time and see that it had settled to the point that it appeared only half full. The label says this may happen…it’s a shame that so much packaging is wasted, though.

Tip: We saved the scoop from his formula and use it to measure the cereal from the cannister.

I think this crib is a great value for the price. It looks great in my nursery. The detail looks good in person. I debated on whether or not to purchase this crib because I had not seen it in person. It was available online only and was not on display in any of the stores. The gamble paid off. It doesn’t look “plasticy” like some of the other lower priced white cribs. And it has a spring thingy that holds the mattress and not the plywood. It has three levels for the mattress. On the highest level, I found it easy to reach in and out and get the baby. As far as the color goes, its a true white.
