Let’s face it. This is a great lens.
But, I want to warn you about Adorama.
I highly recommend that you choose a better vendor.

Adorama is SLOW.
They don’t respond to emails.
They took a week to ship my lens when they said it was in stock.
Their customer service is non-existent.
Their prices are no better than anyone else.
Almost every time I’ve ordered from them they have contacted me to try and sell me more stuff. (Which further delays shipping)
A totally unprofessional organization.
I for one will never order from them again.

Canon EF 500mm f

As I am writing this review, The SD850 is no longer the “latest” compact camera in the line up of Canon’s well-known compact cameras.

But at the price I bought from Amazon (somewhere around USD 210/-), it is good value for money and the images it captured on my SD850 is more than I could ask for.

Final verdict: An easy to use point-and-shoot 8-megapixel camera, delivers clear, crisp photos without breaking one’s Bank!

I read this book for my monthly book club. It definitely brought up several hours of dialogue. Though I do not necessarily agree with everything the Author stated, it did make me think about a lot of things. It touched several members in my bookclub and for some they felt it depended on your personal relationship with God. Some of us just choose to follow the Bible instead of this book. However, we can respect that this is how the Author felt the Lord was talking to him.

cheap, but cheap. save your money for the 1.4..

plastic build and really hit or miss on quality.

my friend loves this thing, but i hated it. after selling Canon EF 50mm f1.8 to him, i picked up the 1.4 version (i know 3x the price..) and it made a huge difference.

i’m in the “you get what you pay for” camp on this one..

if feels really flimsy, the front of it can pop out easily,and while pics weren’t horrible, they simply were not the quality of the 1.4
